MUSOMA LIVING
-
Our founder has pioneered the world’s first violin-led wellness experience. The unique combination of live music, guided breathwork, somatic movement (inspired by dance and qigong), and visualisation is designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and reset.
-
A Violin Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and unique immersive sound experience designed to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance. Using live violin combined with therapeutic sound frequencies and the latest music technology — it aims to enhance brainwave activity (alpha brainwaves: 8–14 Hz) to promote deep rest, emotional release, and mindfulness.
-
Yes — a violin sound bath is a form of sound meditation, especially helpful for those who want to meditate but find it difficult to start or stay focused. The live violin music acts as a gentle guide for the mind, helping you settle into a state of deep relaxation while enhancing focus and emotional balance.
Through immersive listening, participants can also develop a more intuitive sense of rhythm, melody, and musical expression — benefits that can support cognition, memory, and problem-solving.
-
We offer two styles of violin sound baths:
Violin with Additional Live Instruments – Alongside the violin, we play calming and resonant instruments such as sound bowls, koshi chimes, tingsha cymbals, steel tongue drum, and tribal shell bell percussion — creating a rich, multi-layered soundscape.
Live Violin with Original Backing – Spa-style music our founder composed, featuring sound frequencies tuned to support alpha brainwave activation — linked to relaxation, creativity, and stress relief.
Both options can be tailored for events, private and group sessions, or wellness programs.
-
A violin sound bath offers both relaxation and cognitive benefits. Immersive listening can help:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Calm the nervous system
Improve emotional regulation
Boost creativity and mental clarity
Enhance focus, memory, and problem-solving skills
Build a deeper, more intuitive connection to music at any age
According to Frontiers in Human Neuroscience, sound-based practices shift your brain into alpha states, promoting deep relaxation and clarity.

Group sessions build shared energy and community
Private sessions offer personalised themes and deeper guidance
Both are deeply effective — it depends on what you’re after.
-
